| MYERS BROTHERS RACING TEAM SPONSORSHIP PROPOSAL At the ages of eighteen & nineteen, Cody Myers & Mason Myers are a racing and marketing phonon. As competitors driving stock cars and now non- winged sprint cars, they have achieved remarkable records for young drivers making them a top prospect for the future. Your company can join a list of sponsors that are supporting Myers Brothers Racing Teams success. Your logos can be seen on their sprint cars in front of as many as 1500 people for 35+ races that we will run throughout the 2009 season. In addition, the team hauler will transport Mason, Cody and their cars to the track each week and will sport sponsor logos on the highway in view of thousands of cars every hour. Logos will also be on our website that will be linked back to the sponsor’s website. Myers Brothers Racing Teams website http://www.mbracingteam.com receives approx. 1,500 page views per month. An additional draw to our website is Gary Thomas dba GT Promotions he is one of the top motorsports writers and promoters in Northern California. Gary’s home page is http://www.mbracingteam.com/Gary_Thomas.html In 2009, Myers Brothers Racing Team plans to run the local 360 spec sprint car races, on dirt at Silver Dollar Speedway in Chico, Marysville Raceway and Placerville Speedway in Placerville. The cars are open wheeled sprint cars running 500+ horsepower motors weighing about 1,700 lbs. Mason & Cody ran their rookie season in 2007, and had impressive finishes for young rookie drivers. The 2008 season Mason placed 3rd and Cody place 4th in points. We are offering a number of marketing opportunities that will enable your company to affiliate with Myers Brothers Racing Team and Cody & Mason Myers as they make their move towards their ultimate goal of professional race car driving. Your company can gain logo impressions on Cody & Mason’s race cars, car hauler, uniforms, Myers Brothers Racing Team website and through leveraging your sponsorship in other media. Cody R. Myers was born April 29, 1989. He is a 19 years old. Mason M. Myers was born September 9, 1990. He is 18 years old. Mason is currently attending Modesto Junior College pursuing a degree in Administration of Justice. Both Cody & Mason are photogenic and present themselves mature beyond their years. They are leaders and teachers rather than followers. They love being in the lead and staying there. Cody & Mason present themselves professionally and respectfully when dealing with adults, students and sponsors. They have been successful drivers for over half of their young lives and repeatedly demonstrate an ability to learn as both young men and drivers. “Cody & Mason love being in the lead and staying there. Our affiliations in the local racing communities will expose sponsors to potentially thousands of prospective customers. Our equipment and racing ventures are always done on a professional, high standards basis. We have many advisors in the racing communities that guide us and we are not opposed to accepting guidance and help from outside sources for the advancement of Cody & Mason’s career. Personal Appearances Personal appearances from race car drivers, on any level, are a strong way for a company to gain attention. If the drivers are popular and personable, there is a strong appeal to younger people who often line up to get autographs. Cody & Mason are willing to make personal appearances as time permits with their racing schedule. They are willing to do advertisements, autograph sessions, and to use the team’s sleek racing vehicles for promotional appearances. Cody & Mason have represented sponsors at the local and national track level with product displays and sales where appropriate. We have lent the team cars at car shows, and other sources for display purposes. And our drivers will do autograph sessions using promotional items with the sponsor’s names on them. The Internet also has many sites where advertising could be done to highlight the sponsorship. These include the racing series and race tracks where Cody & Mason will race. Your own corporate website can include information about your sponsored drivers and team, updates on their activity and they are doing on behalf of your company and products. Hundreds of other sites enable banner and link advertising to help attract attention and generate hits for your website. Cody & Mason’s images will be made available should you desire to create web graphics for your advertising use. The Internet site for Myers Brothers Racing Team has a strong web presence for sponsors. Signage The team’s race trailer serves as a rolling billboard for any potential sponsor averaging approximately 6,000 miles a year of highway use throughout the state of California. This means hundreds of thousands of impressions for less than a penny per impression. Sponsorship Packages Gold Sponsorship Gold sponsorship is reserved for one key company. If you sign on as Gold Sponsor, Myers Brothers Racing Team will work with you to develop excellent promotions for your company. The gold sponsor obtains dominant placement on the Sprint Car. The gold sponsor can will get a prime location spot on the bodywork of the both Cody & Mason’s 360 winged sprint cars. This would give gold sponsor 2 vehicles to advertise on as well as being able to use them for publicity purposes. As funds permit the sponsor will get listed on all promotional materials including print and clothing gear. The gold sponsor will obtain primary location on the team’s trailer of approximately 3’ x 5’ on both sides and the tailgate of the trailer. This trailer is a rolling billboard that averages approximately 6,000 miles on the road in the state of California with approximately 100 impressions per minute on the highway. The gold sponsor will also obtain a full page on the Myers Brothers Racing Team website and link to your company website. The program includes but is not limited to the following: Special appearances, corporate appearances, primary performance signage commercials and autograph parties Show car appearances at strategic offices and/or retail outlets to coincide with sponsor or race events – (negotiable) – otherwise driver appearances – total of six with sponsorship – more negotiable Guerilla marketing at all events as appropriate including handing out brochures, hero cards, product premiums and other promotional items Promotion and announcement emails to team and/or sponsor list. Radio and TV interviews mention sponsor. Invitations to media events Customer referrals from team owner The sponsor’s name will appear in all materials, letter heads and literature created by the team Team members will wear the sponsor’s lapel pin or baseball cap at all events Cost: $6,000-$10,000 Silver Sponsorship If you sign as Silver Sponsor, Cody, Mason and team will work with you to develop a great promotional program. This program is tailored to provide services at a level relative to the investment compared to other sponsorship programs. The Silver sponsor would get the secondary sponsor location on the 360 Winged Sprint Cars of Approx. 1’x 2’ on both sides of the car. The sponsor would also get secondary location on the team’s trailer of approximately 2’ x 3’ on both sides of the trailer as space permits. They will also get their logo and a web link on Myers Brothers Racing Team web site http://www.mbracingteam.com The program includes but is not limited to the following: Secondary Logo Placement on other team properties including promotional materials, uniforms and t-shirts Additional programs include special appearances, corporate appearances, primary performance signage commercials, autograph parties, etc. (quantity negotiable) Show car appearances at strategic offices and/or retail outlets to coincide with sponsor or race events – (negotiable) – otherwise driver appearances – total of three with sponsorship – more negotiable Guerilla marketing in all race cities handing out brochures, hero cards, product premiums and other promotional items as allowed by the racing facility Promotion and announcement emails to team and/or sponsor list. This program is tailored to provide services at a level relative to the investment. The Bronze sponsor would get space as permits on the team 360 spec Sprint Car. They will get a spot on the side of the team trailer and a link on http://www. mbracingteam.com, as funds permit the sponsor will get listed on all promotional materials including print and clothing gear. The program includes but is not limited to the following: Special appearances, corporate appearances, autograph parties, etc. Show car appearances at strategic offices and/or retail outlets to coincide with sponsor or race events – (negotiable) – otherwise driver appearances – total of two with sponsorship – more negotiable Guerilla marketing in all race cities handing out brochures, hero cards, product premiums and other promotional items as allowed by the racing facility Promotion and announcement emails to team and/or sponsor list. Customer referrals from team owner Cost: $1,000.00 to $5,000.00 Once we agree upon a sponsorship package, we will work with you to carefully plan and execute all promotional activities that you’d like to implement on and off the track. As a sponsor, you will receive first class treatment at every event you attend. The team owner will be on hand to ensure the trackside experience is first-rate and memorable for you, your employees and your clients. Special events can be coordinated for an additional fee. Every service we provide will be closely managed by a key member of the team staff who will be responsible for ensuring your expectations are met. Reporting During our sponsorship meetings, we will identify your goals for the sponsorship and develop methods for measuring our success. It is important to Cody & Mason’s team that we understand your marketing goals and we will make every effort to ensure they are met.
