At the ages of seventeen
& nineteen, Cody Myers
& Mason Myers are a
racing and marketing
phonon. As competitors
driving stock cars and
now non-winged sprint
cars, they have achieved
remarkable records for
young drivers making
them a top prospect for
the future.
Your company can join a list of sponsors that are
supporting Myers Brothers Racing Teams success. Your
logos can be seen on their sprint cars in front of as
many as 1500 people for 35+ races that we will run
throughout the 2008 season. In addition, the team
hauler will transport Mason, Cody and their cars to the
track each week and will sport sponsor logos on the
highway in view of thousands of cars every hour. Logos
will also be on our website that will be linked back to

In 2008, Myers Brothers Racing
Team plans to run the local 360
spec sprint car races, on dirt at
Silver Dollar Speedway in Chico,
Marysville Raceway and Placerville
Speedway in Placerville. The cars
are open wheeled sprint cars
running 500+ horsepower motors
weighing about 1,700 lbs. Mason &
Cody ran their rookie season in
2007, and had impressive finishes
for young rookie drivers.
We are offering a number of
marketing opportunities that will
enable your company to affiliate with

years. They are leaders and teachers

the lead and staying there. Cody & Mason

students and sponsors. They have been
successful drivers for over half of their
young lives and repeatedly demonstrate
an ability to learn as both young men and
drivers.

Cody & Mason present themselves well in all

communities that guide us and we are not

outside sources for the advancement of Cody &
Mason’s career.
Personal Appearances
Personal appearances from race car
drivers, on any level, are a strong way for
a company to gain attention. If the
drivers are popular and personable, there
is a strong appeal to younger people who
often line up to get autographs. Cody &
Mason are willing to make personal
appearances as time permits with their
racing schedule. They are willing to do
advertisements, autograph sessions, and
to use the team’s sleek racing vehicles for
promotional appearances.
Cody & Mason have
represented sponsors at the
local and national track
level with product displays
and sales where appropriate.
We have lent the team cars
at car shows, and other
sources for display purposes.
And our drivers will do
autograph sessions using
promotional items with the
sponsor’s names on them.
The Internet also has many sites where advertising
could be done to highlight the sponsorship. These
include the racing series and race tracks where Cody
& Mason will race. Your own corporate website can
include information about your sponsored drivers and
team, updates on their activity and they are doing on
behalf of your company and products. Hundreds of
other sites enable banner and link advertising to help
attract attention and generate hits for your website.
Cody & Mason’s images will be made available
should you desire to create web graphics for your
advertising use.

Gold sponsorship is reserved for one key company. If you sign on as Gold Sponsor, Myers Brothers Racing Team will work with
you to develop excellent promotions for your company. The gold sponsor obtains dominant placement on the Sprint Car. The gold
sponsor can will get a prime location spot on the bodywork of the both Cody & Mason’s 360 spec sprint cars. This would give
gold sponsor 2 vehicles to advertise on as well as being able to use them for publicity purposes. As funds permit the sponsor will
get listed on all promotional materials including print and clothing gear. The gold sponsor will obtain primary location on the team’
s trailer of approximately 3’ x 5’ on both sides and the tailgate of the trailer. This trailer is a rolling billboard that averages
approximately 6,000 miles on the road in the state of California with approximately 100 impressions per minute on the highway.
The gold sponsor will also obtain a full page on the Myers Brothers Racing Team website and link to your company website.

Silver sponsor would get the secondary sponsor

2’ on both sides of the car. The sponsor would also
get secondary location on the team’s trailer of
approximately 2’ x 3’ on both sides of the trailer as
space permits. They will also get their logo and a

Once we agree upon a sponsorship package, we will
work with you to carefully plan and execute all
promotional activities that you’d like to implement
on and off the track. As a sponsor, you will receive
first class treatment at every event you attend. The
team owner will be on hand to ensure the trackside
experience is first-rate and memorable for you, your
employees and your clients. Special events can be
coordinated for an additional fee. Every service we
provide will be closely managed by a key member of
the team staff who will be responsible for ensuring
your expectations are met.
Reporting
During our sponsorship meetings, we
will identify your goals for the
sponsorship and develop methods for
measuring our success. It is important
to Cody & Mason’s team that we
understand your marketing goals and
we will make every effort to ensure they
are met. We will prepare a special
information release after each race to
inform you and company officers of
how things went and the success we
achieved both on the track and for our
sponsor.
